With 80% of cardiac arrests happening at home, Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK) is on a mission to give everyone across the UK the CPR skills to save a life. They have created the “CPQR code” a heart shaped QR code that directs people to a short video on how to do CPR. CPR could save your child from drowning, says RCUK
The UK has seen temperatures soaring, which means more families will be visiting beaches and swimming pools across the UK. RCUK is reminding parents about the importance of learning CPR, as it could save a drowning child’s life.

To improve survival rates, Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK), British Heart Foundation (BHF), St John Ambulance, and Association of Ambulance Chief Executives (AACE) are urging guardians of defibrillators to register their devices on The Circuit: the national defibrillator network.
