Publication: Consensus Paper on out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in England

This consensus paper has been developed by the British Heart Foundation, Resuscitation Council UK and NHS England to help explain the analysis of data on the incidence and survival rates of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) in England.
